This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping carrier selected.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $149 within the United States.
Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed during checkout.
Local Delivery (Los Angeles Area)
We offer local delivery in the Los Angeles area.
Free local delivery is available for qualifying orders:
- Orders $59+ within 5 miles
- Orders $99+ within 8 miles
- Orders $139+ within 10 miles
Local delivery is typically completed same day or next day, depending on order volume and scheduling.
Free Pick up available (no minimum order required)
4442 York Blvd Unit 7, Los Angeles 90041 (by appointment only)
- LOCATION CLOSED: Tuesday and Wednesday
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using major carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Prisma Nail Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Prisma Nail Shop is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
For additional protection, we recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the package and product to assist with carrier claims.
International Shipping
At this time, Prisma Nail Shop ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.
